Bug oopma loompas!!

Okay I have windows XP and this is what I did to get rid of the oompa loompas.
Search for mpa file when you see the file oompa oompas open that folder you can't just delete it because it says something about full or proected. Rename the file then close the folder. Restart computer then do alt, ctrl & delete you should be able to open that now look for the file name that you renamed the oompas I named mine STOP. So I could find it easy. Find file name and right click and end process that should stop you from hearing the song. Now go back and find your file you renamed and delete it from your computer. Then you should be good as new.
When I tried system restore and to reformatte still had oopma loompas in computer
