Pc Blue How to connect 2 CPU (with different OS) with 1 modem???

Ok i hawe 2 Comps, and only 1 net, my modem has two Connection types (TCP+USB) I want to connect them, because i cant share the net With my sister My Nb has Windows Vista, ANd her PC has XP ,
What besides router, do i need to do???
