Default how to improve my dialup speed.

hi guys, my isp allow me a dialup speed of 33.6 kbs, this is the maximum, while with this speed i can not apply fully the internet browsing, thus deprive me from the present day fun, of watching downloads of vidios, no alternate of speedy connectation is avaiable, how can i improve the present speed that enable me to easly view the vids, need your viable suggestions. my e mail if required is, , thanks and awaiting.
