Pc Blue Need help-- system very slow

Good day folks,
I'm a Newbie. I'm glad to be a member of this community. My problem is I did a XP repair install; with XP Professional. I get an error message (Photo Gallery. msi) tries to install every time I boot. I reinstalled Windows CD to no avail. Now, the system boots very slow. System was fine before doing repair install. I reinstalled all Drivers, defrag system and checked components. Had to replace P/S. What can I do? Help Please!!!!!
