Default HOw to install os Ms-dos 7.1

I did as the readme file instructed and other futile attempts --did not work

How exactly is this OS installed??

I want to dual boot it with this os and some old foxpro apps on 1 partition and XP Home on the other-Help would be appreciated!! Thank YOu
