Interesting... it all seems completely fine to me. I'm guessing its either your firewall... or the website itself was down for a while. Anyways just check your firewall settings, and if you find that it is not the firewall... try a proxy or something. Who knows... this might work for you.

Also make sure you clear your browsers cache, cookies etc... just incase.
