Skinning means that you make the software (OS in my case) look totally different than normal, but still maintain the fuctionallity of it
(like this). But if you don't know what I mean then I guess we can rule that out as a possible problem.
I have never heard of the software mentioned. Have you tried a full uninstall and then re-install of the software? Have you changed the resoultion of your desktop while running the software? I would recommend un-installing and re-installing if you have not tried that yet.
Also up date all your GFX card drivers from the manufacturers web site.
