I just did a quick search and could not turn up anything in terms of a keyboard jumper for the IWill. I have never really heard of a keyboard jumper so not sure what the problem is. Have you tried re-setting the bios with the default settings? It is possible this is a bios issue as opposed to a jumper issue. Also do you have a usb keyboard adapter to test and see if you can use a keyboard like that in the interim?

Probably best bet is to contact IWill, but in the meantime, I would reset the bios to default settings, and try out a usb adapter.
