Please Help!!

I obtained a root kit on my laptop, and got rid of that.

Current Problem:
I have cookies on my laptop that will not delete. I keep getting more and more tracking cookies. I have run Anti Virus, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and AdAware in both safe and normal modes.

How can I get this patched up? Registry Files? It is a bit over my head, and I need to get this taken care of ASAP.
