MS is trying to gain my respect back with IE7, i must admit is quite a facelift for IE. Almost as dramatic as the lift they gave to Windows ME/98/2000 when they released Windows XP.
It is quite remenisent of FireFox, and I am completely exceited about the jump in it's popularity as a FF user.
The phishing filter in IE7 is quite a nice touch, combined with the tabbing feature, and available add-ons (hmmm couldn't use extensions eh MS?) it is much better than it ever has.... that aside, there are still issues. the stop button is incredibly small, but atleast it works now. Plus the quick links are kind of annoyingly large with very little customization.
I will not be switching to IE after an official release of IE7, not that i need one, but they are definatly on the ladder to proving themselves with me once again
