Default Compaq Presario CQ60 Startup/HDD issues

Hi guys. I really hope you'll be able to help me. My Compaq CQ60 refuses to boot, doesn't detect the HDD, doesn't show anything on the screen, doesn't want to enter the BIOS or boot from a startup CD. Any suggestions? Thank you
