trouble Internet Cease-- Please Help..!!!

Hi All,

My system is suffering from a problem in which a application log2transport is automatically starts in the background and because of this the internet speed got very very slow. and after end process of this application it returned back to normal.

Please tell me how to disable log2transport process permanently and what this application is all about...
