My Cpu Not Coming On What Could Have Happen...

Good day to all my people on this site pls my syst refuse to come up when i put it on It shows that his receiving the light but is not showing on the monitor I even though is the monitor I take it to another monitor is still same thing..

It will show Red light on the power button as if is coming up but is not just coming up please what could have happen.???....
