purplepirate is on a distinguished road

trouble Adobe Flashplayer 10.0

I went to upgrade to flash 10.0. Had already uninstalled 9.0 and tried to install the 10.0 with no success numerous times. What could I be doing wrong and what do I need to do from here? Please help!
