PC I need a program for writing the boot sector

Hello, i'm needing a program for writing the boot sector of a FAT32 partition because i have Windows XP Pro SP2 installed in drive D but some games and programs doens't work on that system so i want Windows 98 installed in the C partition but the WinXP boot sector will be replaced with the MS-DOS boot sector if i install the system in the drive C (i don't want to create a third partition, Partition Magic have made a mess with my NTFS partition when i have taken disk space for the other partition and it was very difficult to repair the damage).

Thats why i'm needing a program like that, when the Windows 98 install program re-writes the WinXP boot sector i create a new one after the system is installed.

I have searched in google but nothing about such program. Please help!
