Ok. Another problem...

Backed up Vista Partion using Nero Backitup. Wiped drive and created a bootable disk with Nero BackItUp. Deleted partitions and restored backup to un-partitioned drive. Now it says Bootmgr is missing and I tried to repair it but it says the file system is corrupt and unreadable and can't fix it.

What do I need to do now?
