its boot.ini

you have problem in your system file i.e. boot.ini you can repair it using BART PE bootable cd or just connect your hard disk to another PC which is working fine and copy boot.ini from it to your hard drive, you should copy it in your c drive. You will all the system files in C drive but before that u should run this command in dos c:\> attrib -h -s *.*( to unhide system files). i hope u will get it thru
