then do a registry cleaner (Ccleaner) then run your anti-virus programs to make sure you have nothing hiding. Defrag the computer and once that is done......
start > run and type

sfc /scannow
(notice the space before the slash mark)

press enter and let the system file checker do its thing.

If that doesn't do it then a removal and reinstallation of the program may be required.
Here's a weird thing. I tried to run scf /scannow and when I click on start, there isn't anywhere that it says "run", the icon/field is missing!! Now what?
