Well we have waited long enough for this release.
I have been using SP3 since the 25th April in two Virtual PC's, and I have installed it on two of my neighbours computers directly over the top of their old installs. All are going well and have had no problems glitch wise.
I made sure that the computers were scanned for malware and a AV scan was done first. I disabled the net connection and stopped the firewall and AV apps. Then I installed the pack, this took about 15 minutes on the slowest computer.
