Cool E -mail Problem

Can NOT Send Mail - Keep Getting Smtp Server Has Not Responded In 60
Seconds. Also , A Time Out Occurred While Communicating With Server. Protocol Smpt Port 25
Secure(ssl). No Error Number 0x800ccc19
