trouble WinXP, Cannot Explore a folder by right clicking


Need some help here, Friend of mine says that when he right clicks on something like My Computer he gets all the proper things like Open, search, manage, etc. EXCEPT that it says "Explore with paint shop pro". If you click on it it cannot open because the program is not found.
We would like to get it back to just "Explore" and have it open Windows Explorer properly.

Hi,

seems to me that for some reason the fileassociations for either EXE or LNK -files have been mixed in your friends computer. Check this comprehensive link for instructions to correct:
