i really need help...

my computer automatically restart and after it rebooted, its giving me this error report...

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : F7785050 BCP3 : B2000000
BCP4 : 1040080F OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

can anybody here suggest or help me and tell me what the prob is and what to do? thank you...
