I am trying to down load a page from my websit.

Hi I am trying to down load a page from my website using ftp transfer program and I get a weid looking page on my side when I open it up.
I use front page to make changes and thats where it looks weird.
I downloaded other pages and it all seems fine except that one page.
Here is a sample of what i see when I open the page in front page.

It a lot of squares with some text in between and if you look at it carefully it looks like the page's information is in it.
