The pin designations will more than likely be only found through a technical schematic or possibly from manual tracing of the connectors (if you know what you are doing).

Finding one for that motherboard ususally requires a certified ....authorized...repair company request to the manufacturer.

By the way what docking station are you using? You might be able to get it through them easier than through the mobo designer.
