i have tried to remove nero8 trial from my computer but i get this message "shellmaster database is missing or corrupt". anyone out there ever had or heard of this problem and what to do to fix it? thanks

Go here to Nero and get the Nero 8 Clean Tool, read the instruction on it's usage. Click on the More Details and Download link...

Edit: Disregard the section on recovering your serial number, if you only used it for the trial period without buying a licence...
