Description of What the Available Bytes in Task Manager Represents
04-05-2006 02:08 AM
Description: When you click the Performance tab in Task Manager, you can see an "Available Memory" counter in the Physical Memory box. It is important to understand what the "Available Memory " counter actually represents from an internals perspective. If you do not understand what this "Available Memory" counter actually represents, it may appear that it never approaches zero at times when you might expect it to do so.
